Please follow the process to enter all of your 2020 Fair Projects. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING NOTES AND INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY WILL BE VERY HELPFUL AS YOU MOVE THROUGH THE ONLINE ENTRY PROCESS! Ag. Mechanics Entries – go to mcfa.org for further entry instructions. **If you are showing in the Breeding Beef Show or Replacement Heifer Show, YOU MUST SUBMIT REGISTRATION PAPERS OR BILL OF SALE via email to: REGPAPERS@MCFA.ORG If we do not receive this by the entry deadline of 2/7/2020 at 5PM, you will not be entered into the show. It is your responsibility to make sure we have received the proper papers. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours of receipt. IF YOU DO NOT - please call the Fair Office to confirm. *** THERE IS A LATE FEE OF $250.00 FOR ENTRIES AFTER THE DEADLINE OF FEB 7TH*** For any questions or for help in the registration process – use the following email to send all request or questions to the fair office: HELPDESK@MCFA.ORG EVERYONE will register as "NEW" this year. Please make sure you pay close attention to the Club you register under as your school may have multiple departments with entries into the Fair (not just FFA). DO NOT purchase season passes for the exhibitor, they will receive an armband to gain access to the grounds. This is for parents, grandparents, friends and other family members that will be attending the fair the first weekend. Season Passes are good 3/27 – 3/29 ONLY. We DO NOT charge admission Monday – Thursday. NOTE: If you think changes will be required to your entry submission for any show or category, DO NOT check out at the end of the process with the pay now or pay later option. Save and close so that you can return to your entry to make any changes you may anticipate. (If you are not 100% certain on recipes you want to enter - this statement applies to you!) REMINDER: Once you select either of the payment "pay now" your entries are considered finalized, and no changes will be accepted regardless. PAY NOW means you will pay for your entries right then with a credit card or a debit card. Your entries are FINALIZED with this option and you cannot make any changes to them once you move past this point in the process. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON 2/7 by 5PM. If you do not pay by the deadline, you will not be entered into the show. All recipes and log sheets are REQUIRED the day of the show. You will not be permitted to enter the show without them.
